When I first met with Casey she had two goals for her wedding photographs; photos of people having fun and photos of the beautiful scenery. Within a few moments of arriving at Elkin’s Resort at Priest Lake on the wedding day, it became very clear that it would be easy to incorporate the gorgeous setting and snowy surroundings. Then I met Casey’s family and the wedding party and I knew these people were more than ready to make this day memorable and fun for the bride and groom. A simple and sweet ceremony took place in front of the frozen lake and mountain backdrop with family and friends standing nearby. Casey’s pups, Spencer and Skeeter, were also part of the wedding and walked down the aisle. The reception included dancing, a photo booth, and of course memorable toasts. Instead of a cake, they opted for a dessert bar. Casey’s mom made over 500 treats to fill this table! I may have tried a few...delicious!
